In the end, it really doesn’t matter because you will be welcomed, pampered and treated as if you were a long, lost relative. Dancing Spirit Ranch is dedicated to giving each individual in a group the attention they need to make their experience all that it can be.
The ranch prefers to host only one group at a time to assure that full attention is paid to their particular needs. On rare occasions, rooms can be rented out individually. In that scenario, our rates are based per building.
Rooms and buildings can be set up or decorated for special events. Dining menus are individually crafted for each group, and dietary restrictions will be observed. We are happy to discuss your requirements and tailor our programs to meet them. Our concierge service will help you plan the perfect Montana getaway for your group, so once you arrive the only thing left to do is enjoy!
The Village is the perfect place to live and gather while surrounded by nature. The School House has the ability to accommodate up to 50 individuals. The Little White House is a unique space that often is reserved for the guest of honor or host of the event. And The Barn is a perfect gathering place, allowing for seated dining of up to 30 people, along with lounge space for conversation. The close proximity of all buildings in the Village allows for easy interaction and communication amongst guests, creating a beautiful community atmosphere.
