Hi ALL,

I've sat at my computer many times now trying to find words to express all that has been moving through me as well as the land out here for months. A thought or feeling lands and then just as quickly it is gone..traveling on the wind or on a passing Eagle’s wings. Time has been measured by the light and the changes in nature and not by the calendar. The last time I wrote something we were coming up to the longest day of the year and now we are approaching the shortest. Before then, there will be a lunar and a solar eclipse as well. The heavens have been moving and dancing as our planet spins through her rotations with us holding on, thinking and feeling these days like we are not going anywhere, forgetting that we are actually traveling through the cosmos with great new vistas before us every day. Our perspective really is everything right now.

And with that said, I know that all of you are probably inundated these days with words of wisdom coming at you from every direction. As we drop into this time of gratitude, we are being asked to go to the depths of our being to remember what is important in our lives…for what and who we are truly grateful. Two years ago at Thanksgiving I went out to the Gratitude site here on the land with my grandsons. Briggs, who was five at the time, surprised me with an explosion of love that I was able to capture and have attached here to share with you. It is my go to anytime I need a joyful reminder of how deeply everything is connected. That even if we have not been in close proximity physically with each other over this past year, that we are still bound by these unseen threads of LOVE. Connected always to each other and all life on this Beloved planet.

So I hope you enjoy this little video as I have found my words once again in it. May it inspire you to take your own inner child out into nature to shout and proclaim to the world all that you love. Throw those threads of love out in every direction and may we all feel the warm blanket that we weave together to keep us safe and warm over these winter months. I am heading to the forest now to send mine to you.

Have a blessed Thanksgiving,
Katherine
