Start your Sunday on the mat, outside, with the morning sunlight beaming upon you. Move through a soulful flow to awaken your body and mind, preparing you for the rest of your Sunday. Root yourself in the ground beneath you and feel the earth between the toes as you breathe in the fresh mountain air of Montana. These classes will link movement with breath, work on balancing and grounding poses, and end in a juicy savasana. If you’re lucky enough, class will end with our signature gong bath.

After class, feel free to wander the grounds of Dancing Spirit Ranch. You will have access to all the trails and sights until 5pm. Pack a picnic and make a day of it at the ranch.

Teaching this class is our very own yogini chef, Ananda Johnson. She is a lover of yoga and will be hosting the Sweet Soul Sunday Yoga occasionally. She has practiced yoga most of her life of 63 years and is certified in several methods including Iyengar and Triyoga. Her classes are alignment based and she loves to sustain poses for strength and exploration. You will often find Ananda practicing on the grounds at Dancing Spirit using standing stones and benches and inverting to gaze at the mountains from a different perspective.
