Yoga Teacher Training with YogaKoh

This full immersion course is designed for interested practitioners who are ready to teach, but also reaches out to those who are simply looking to enrich and grow their personal practice.

We aim to help you understand what your path is within yoga. What feels most honest, authentic and true to your individual nature. No two people will have the same journey and our aim is to create an environment that helps you find your individual voice.

The training is focused on the Vinyasa format of sequencing, but draws much of its teachings from traditional Ashtanga and Hatha lineages.

Throughout this course, your lessons will take you all around Dancing Spirit Ranch, from doing meditations at sacred stone sites to ceremonies in the labyrinth to full moon celebrations at the Tower of Power. Every corner of the ranch brings the training program to life. This unique place will provide an experience unlike any other.

This immersive training will fill your heart with soulful narrative, your lungs with fresh mountain air, and your belly will delicious vegan food. Everyday will be different than the last: gong baths after yin yoga, mantra chanting in the Secret Garden, bonfires under the big sky, sunrise meditations, and much much more.

When you're off the mat, spend your weekends exploring the surrounding area: hiking in Glacier Park, swimming in Whitefish Lake, checking out a rodeo, canoeing down Whitefish River, and much more!

The Program:

The course runs 6 days a week;

Monday through Friday 7am – 5pm, half day on Saturday, with Sundays off.

The program finishes in celebration on Sunday September 8th.

Check out is September 9th by 11:00am. No late check-outs.

YogaKoh’s Core Values:

At YogaKoh our teachers offer authentic mentorship. They are truly living their passion and sharing what they have embodied on their own journeys. We know from experience how it feels to be on the edge of a transformative shift in life, and are here to offer a place and team to support that change.

Your spirit will be pulled to the place it belongs. Connecting with others on a deeper level is a true gift and something we deeply value.  So we call to all students, people who view yoga as a purely physical practice, people who view it as a spiritual practice and everyone in-between, as we consider learning from one another’s differences is an integral part of the process.

Giving Back. We believe we all share a desire to be of service on this earth; a desire to find happiness, and a desire to learn to face hardship and discomfort with more ease. There is no better way to give back to other people and this planet than by sharing this life-changing practice.

At YogaKoh we also believe in the power of nature, and how returning to it can bring us in touch with the essence of who we are.

So much so, that we hand pick our training locations in order to allow this immersion to happen effortlessly. Be it close to the beaches of Bali or the mountains of Montana, we know that escaping the ordinary, and being surrounded by the beauty of the earth and its unique cultures will enhance this profound experience.

At our trainings you can expect to connect and learn from new people that will become friends for life; growing your community and tribe into a global reach, exploring new lands and cultures, and creating adventures and stories that will last a lifetime.

There is so much joy in this practice, and we want the fun aspect of this lifestyle to shine through during your time with us.

Meet Your Lead: Jolie Manza

2019 will be Jolie’s 7th year leading Yoga Teacher Trainings. She has graduated hundreds of students and can truly say she is happiest guiding people into new discoveries of their mind and body.

Her first yoga influences came from her father, a spiritual man, who challenged her mind from a young age with yogic based philosophies and meditation. She grew up in Boulder, Colorado where she spent her youth studying dance and practicing yoga, which culminated in receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and movement studies from University of Colorado.

After 8 years in New York City performing as a dancer and training for The Tracy Anderson Method,  she ventured to Bali to further her education and explore what South East Asia had to offer. She connected with the culture immediately, returning yearly, soon to call it home.

Her classes blend her love for the strong physical practice inspired by the West, with the spiritually rich traditions inspired by her time in the East.  Her love for anatomy, energetics and philosophy inspire her continued studies and she is thrilled to be in a place to share and receive knowledge with such an incredibly community of people!
