The traditional holistic practices of acupuncture, meditation and yoga weave together as a beautiful healing therapy for our bodies, minds and spirits. We being with a nourishing 75 minute grounding yoga practice, settling into a yummy restorative posture to receive your therapeutic acupuncture treatment to balance and support the kidneys, and closing with a breath and body awareness meditation. All levels of practitioners are welcome and we will send out a health intake form prior to the retreat.
