Join internationally known Jolie Manza for a 3-hour workshop where we will unlock the mystery to finding healthy happy backbends. If you have ever asked yourself, "How do I stop feeling this in my low back?" -- this is the workshop for you!

We will discuss everything from anatomy, alignment, focus of energy, preparation and transitions into moving with your back-bend. 

Expect a sweaty fun flow to open the heart and prepare the body and then workshopping  different back-bending options, building from the ground to the sky...

Our aim is to have you build a new relationship with back-bending and leave knowing how to successfully and safely practice them on your own!! 

 Jolie is happiest guiding students into new discoveries of their body and mind. Her first yoga influences came from her father, a spiritual man, who challenged her mind from a young age with yogic based philosophies and meditation. She began her physical journey in Boulder, Colorado where she spent her youth studying dance and practicing yoga, which culminated in receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and movement from University of Colorado. Soon after she found herself in New York City, where she was able to share her passion for dance and yoga with a broader audience. After years in the city, she ventured to Bali where she received her initial yoga certification. She connected with the culture immediately, returning yearly deepen her studies and further explore what south East Asia had to offer. Her classes blend her love for the strong physical practice inspired by the West, with the spiritually rich traditions inspired by her time in the East.
