We'll incorporate stillness, mindfulness, breath, yoga, nature & art while instilling beautiful relationships with others in the group. We'll begin the day in circle time at 9am, and let the day flow, filled with fun & new adventures. Snacks are provided, but lunches will need to be brought. Please no sugary snacks or sodas.
