Join this 2-day workshop led by the internationally-known Jolie Manza, and assisted by Tyler and Robin Gardner of Whitefish, Montana. This workshop will not only give you insight to furthering your yoga practice but also give you an excellent work out!! Break down the barriers of what you think your yoga practice has to look like and come learn, sweat and play amongst like-minded folks just in time for 4th of July celebrations.
A. DAY 1, JULY 1ST, 9:00AM-12:00PM: PRANAYAMA MEDITATION + MASTER POWER FLOW
The day will begin with a pranayama/meditation practice that will introduce you to the energetic locks in our bodies, called Bandhas. Then the master class will break into two parts: Part 1 consisting of a 20-minute power HIIT workout to get the heart pumping and blood moving, followed by Part 2, a Flow & Fly ladder flow that will build and grow, allowing you to find freedom and fun on the mat.
B. DAY 2, JULY 2ND, 9:00AM-12:00PM: INVERSION + ARM BALANCE WORKSHOP
If balancing on your hands or going upside down has been something you’ve always wanted to add into your yoga practice, or you are looking for new tips and tricks to try out, then this is the perfect day for you. Taking all the information we learned from Day 1, we will break down the step-by-step process of how to journey to fly and grow your wings even more! We will start with a yoga practice designed to center, focus and warm the body; then we will dive into workshopping different inversions and arm balances using new techniques and exercises to help enhance and grow your practice!
