An Inspiring Retreat with Lynne Jacobs

July 13th-18th, 2019


Take time to step away from the hectic flux of life and rejuvenate through daily practice of yoga and guided meditation, surrounded by the amazing beauty and peacefulness of northwestern Montana. Once you arrive into Kalispell airport, everything has been taken care of and your hosts, Lynne Jacobs, certified yoga therapist, and your retreat coordinator, Stephanie Walker, ensure that you can truly relax, unwind and renew during this amazing retreat.

This area of Montana is truly special and amazing. Surrounded by the beauty and healing properties of nature, it is the perfect place to experience Lynne’s daily deeply nourishing and inspiring yoga classes and guided meditations. As a yoga therapist, Lynne is gifted in making the yoga practice and mindful meditation accessible for all students. Students of all ages and abilities are encouraged to attend and will benefit from Lynne’s therapeutic teaching.  

We will be the only guests on the ranch, and you can participate in as little or as much of the activities as you like. Enjoy quiet time on the ranch doing what nourishes you most, whether it be hiking, strolls in the gardens, canoeing or paddle boarding on the ranch’s lake, enjoying a good book one of the many teak benches throughout the property, or simply just “unplugging” with nothing you have to do but just BE, soaking in the beauty and healing properties of nature. 

Majestic Glacier National Park is nearby, and we have arranged and provided two days for excursions, with transportation, to this amazing national park.  There is also a day excursion to nearby Whitefish, Montana that was recently named the most beautiful town in Montana.  Beyond these two planned excursions, guests can plan additional excursions such as fly fishing, white water rafting and horseback riding.  Our trip coordinator can help arrange any additional excursions you may want to take.

RETREAT PACKAGE INCLUDES

-5 nights at Dancing Spirit Ranch, Northwestern MT

-3 nourishing gourmet meals per day including beverages

-2 optional yoga classes and meditation per day (1 active morning session and 1 restorative evening session)

-Use of all retreat facilities, including paddle boards, canoes, and hiking trails

-Transportation to and from Kalispell Airport

-Daily housekeeping

-Evening Bonfires

-Two planned excursions to Glacier National Park with transportation provided and park entrance fee

-One planned excursion to the beautiful town of Whitefish, Montana

-A packed lunch will be provided on excursion days for guests on excursions

-Our group will be small, only 11 rooms and we will have exclusive use of the ranch as our group will be the only group on the ranch during your visit

Lynne Jacobs

Lynne is gifted in her ability to meet students where they are and make yoga accessible to everyone. She works with a wide range of students from all ages and abilities in a thriving private yoga therapy practice and group classes. Knowing that students come to yoga in different phases of life, Lynne encourages students to listen to their own body, adapt the postures to their unique body, play with their limits without exceeding them, and have compassionate self-observation. Her teachings integrate mindfulness, meditation, and sensory awareness enabling students to find a greater understanding and awareness of themselves both on and off the mat.  Lynne began her yoga practice in 2000 and is a certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and is also a E-RYT- 500hr instructor with Yoga Alliance.  Along with her formal yoga training, Lynne is a student and practitioner of mindfulness meditation. As the director of SpringStone Yoga Center and its yoga immersion and teacher training program, she aims to provide a nurturing space where students can cultivate greater sensitivity, strength, and a deeper understanding of oneself.
